How do I place an order?

Please contact us at info@cossucollections.com for inquiries about our products. We are not a selling site because all our products are custom made. Orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit and the balance is due before the products are shipped. Lead times vary based on the individual products and can range from 8-10 weeks. Products are shipped immediately upon receipt of the balance due.

Do you accept returns?

Since all our products are custom made, we are unable to accept returns.

Installation issues:

All products that are installed in the wall or the ceiling are designed and retrofitted to meet the requirements of existing UL approved electrical boxes. If the installer has any questions, please have them contact us at info@cossucollections.com.

How do I clean my fixture and where do I purchase replacement bulbs?

Glass: Use a mild glass cleaner or wipe with a soft rag.

Brass: Wipe gently with a soft rag never use brass polish.

Light bulbs: All the light bulbs can be found online. If you have any questions, contact info@cossucollections.com.

Shipping:

All products are shipped using the appropriate FedEx services.
